Bourbon + Blue is an evening honoring Sergeant Mitchell McKinney — and the official launch of Core Leadership Academy into the world. It will be unlike any event you've attended. There will be stories told that have never been told publicly. There will be a moment you won't see coming. There will be bourbon, a Moderate Pain reunion (live music) and a room full of people who care about this community.

We can't tell you everything that's going to happen. That's the point.

What we can tell you is this: the program begins at 5:30 PM, and what happens first matters. This is not a cocktail hour. It is not an open house. Doors open at 5:00 — that half hour is yours to arrive, settle in, and find your place in the room before the evening begins.

If you are seated by 5:30, you will experience all of it.

If you arrive at 6:00, you will have missed the part people will be talking about.
